Lol. Well my small Yorkie has to go outside to do her business. Her feet can get frost bite within a cpl minutes. She wears boots when there is Salt, Snow and Ice as well as a winter parka, scarf and sweater.. Some think it is silly to dress a dog but Yorkie's have no undercoat and are susceptible to bronchial problems so is imperative to protect them from the elements. We came very close to frost bite one year so is why she is in her boots to go outdoors when it is freezing. This is what I meant. Some people use paw wax to protect the paws. Boots work best for us. Winter coats very necessary. Thanks for your response!
