It does really come down to finding the people that like what your business offers. There are many ways to reach these target markets, from off-line to on-line and using both of them vise versa as well. A site that is on-line but has helped me reach out to my target market and on a personal meeting level was www.meetup.com. This is a great site to find people that are interested in your business and find places where these people actually go to meet and discuss their ideas, topics, interests and thing really lol.
