Hi Tricky,
I have come up with a plan that I have been using recently in my own daily life. I set a specific time frame to say answer emails, and I only as many as I can in that time frame. I then set a specific amount of time for household chores, of course this might vary if I am doing laundry. I hope this helps a bit.
