I don't think those who offer the scam site do that on purpose. They probably don't know that the site is scam. If they do, I'm sure they won't offer it to anybody else, I myself feel very sorry when I know that the site I offer is scam, I feel like I won't do any more on line business since it's unsafe and full of mystery. I need to learn a lot more about scam and not scam so I don't think we can blame anyone else for this kind of things. Is it possible to find the owner of the site and claim it as a scam, then broadcast the finding to public? I have no idea.....
