My job is a regular 8:00 to 5:00 routine. Light breakfast, rice and viand for lunch, a sandwich or fruit and a glass of milk for dinner. Meat and vegetables scheduled daily for every week.
I take a walk around the park at least twice a week for 30minutes each. I onced had a gym membership, and visited it for 3 times a week for 1 hour each visit.
I read internet tips on how to prepare healthy foods for people on the go.
