Allocate a time block for each of the tasks you need to get done and do nothing but that task during that time period until it is finished.
Check your email only once daily during a time block allocated for that task.
Clear your workspace of all clutter and distractions.
At the end of each day, review what you got done and plan what you will do the next day.
Create systems to do your repetitive tasks, always keeping the possibility of using your system to train an outsourcer in mind.
