My first 3 questions and things I look for are:
1. Do they require a payment in order to promote the opportunity and/or product. If a payment is required, what is it you are actually paying for? would you buy it without the opportunity? If not, leave it alone.
2. Contact details. Are their contact details clearly displayed somewhere on the site?
3. Do they accept Paypal. If not, why not? any business is going to accept paypal if they can as most people prefer to pay with this. Only household names are to be trusted with our cared details. If they only offer AlertPay, be careful. Paypal is a business so do not turn down good, legal business despite what many will try to tell you). If a site has been denied Paypal, you have to ask yourself why.
