I used MyLikes today. The site was down for a while and I quit trying to use it until today. Not sure how they count the clicks, but it would have to be by tracking a specific url. I looked all over the site and did not see a reference to how they do it. They do refer to "MyLike links" in the terms of service, so they must use links to count clicks.
