Well, if you're not willing for pay advertisings just go on social networking programmes, such as Face Book, Tweeter, Myspace, Google Places and much more. Your advertisings may be less effective in Social Networkings. Better do pay advertings.
To get followers or joinings after you which means refferal systems you just provide refferal links any where you make advertise. Be sincere while joinings any websites to know your refferal link URLs. E-mail it whom you know. If you're working with any other Social Networkings you've the chance to send direct messagge of refferal links to make them visit your new website and joint after you.
