Well, If you have anti-virus program installed make sure it is updated either manually or automatic through internet connection thereafter run a complete system antivirus scan.
if your computer dont have antivirus installed and you know your computer is infected then make sure you get a strong antivirus like latest and updated avira ,avg, avast. try free versions virus if dont clear upvirus then go for paid ones like kaspersky, avg ,avira. if these fail then backup you impotant data then formart drive C: then do the installation of all the program. scan the backup before restoring it.
