To "Sponsor a new member" is the same as referring them to join your business, project, hobby or whatever you are doing. The best way is by inviting them via your Networking tab, athough you should always ask them first otherwise you will be Spamming them and you could have your account terminated. Other ways are seeing your friends, family and asking them if they would like to join you. Even tell your neighbours if you are quite chatty with them, the list can be pretty demanding, restaurants, pubs, shopping centres, "Sponsors" are out there all over the place. Hope that helps
