I check members webpages all the time. I do this before I ask them to be contacts or sned them an email. That serves to purposes. 1. Does their website and business make sense to me. 2. Do they look like people I would like to network with, and 3. Is there an opportunity to share what I am doing. (opps that's Three) I also think it is the logical and ethical thing to do. You want others to click on your link so, why wouldn't you return the favor.
