Firstly, create your profile, write something about yourself and introduce yourself to your contacts.
Write original content blogs, not blatant advertisements, comments on other peoples blogs, top it, if it something that helped you or you liked.
Setup your business centre, what your business is about and promote it on the web.
Get new people to sign up under you as referrals.
