I sent a contact request to someone, she says she didn't see it, she's able to send PMs to me, I can't. How come ?

This will happen if you both sent requests sometimes and one accepts but the other doesn't. She needs to make sure that your request is not in her declined or pending folders

Thanks, Cheryl. I'm convinced the problem is on her side. I will give her your answer. If she still can't solve it, I will send you a PM to give you her name and see if you can help her out. I don't want to name her here because I don't her to appear as someone who doesn't know what she's doing. She's very nice.

the reason you can not respond is that they have not accepted you as a contact . When they saw your contact request they went to your profile and clicked on the request contact there instead of clicking on the accept in the request. Get the person concerned to go to view contacts and click on the contact requests tab and they should see you there click on the accept on the right hand side of the page. IF they do not see you there then click on the declined tab and see if the declined by mistake. .
