There are many good ebooks written about article marketing, try searching for them instead of diving right into articles themselves. It's like trying to get a drink from a firehose and if you don't know what you are doing, you can waste a lot of time and effort.

There are many article directories but you may want to write your own as duplicate content does not score well with search engines.

Article Marketing Services are starting to be covered by major blogging sites and major advertising companies. Mashable is one of the newest major blogging sites that are starting to do article marketing.

You can get free PLR content all over the web. Be sure to change it so you are not directly duplicating the article. The BEST articles are the ones you write yourself, or have written for you. If you go with PLR articles be sure to get a good "spinner" so you can more easily re-write them.

What do you mean by 'free article services'? Nobody will write articles free for you except that you may get PLR stuff. If you want to copy and paste, head on to Ezine Articles, Go Articles etc. If you want to distribute articles, there are paid services.

Depends what you mean by article services. 1) Suppliers of free articles (try the article directories, or search for blogs in you niche); 2) Suppliers of PLR articles you can rewrite yourself (do a search for plr articles); 3) Suppliers of original articles for you to use on your website or blog; these are not free, however investing in these might be a wise decision as original content is valued highly by the search engines.

if you check google search under free articles for your blogs and sites youll find lots listed there some good ones are goarticles and ezinearticles some will share revenue through google adsense as well
