There are 2 perspectives on this matter. The physical one, which is relatede to what one eats, and what food provides to the organism. For this, eat any red vegetables. They contain ferum, which is the erlement that is needed in each red cell. On the other hand, if the liver works bad, than you'll have a RC decrease.
From the energetic perspective, the interactions with the environnement are very important. Anger, fury and related feelings, produce huge amounts of energy waste. Practicing meditation techniques, will improve your overall energy and therefore, provide the needed energy to your body so it can regenerate itself.
Back in 2005, I got hepatitis. It took me 5 days to get back on my feet. Even the doctor was shocked, since I refused medication and hospital care. But I used my visualisation power and focus instead. It takes some time to develop them, but belive me, it worths a 1000, a 1,000,000 times and even more! :)
