Some of my family members love a good game of croquet or jarts (lawn darts)--we have the old fashioned jarts with the metal tips and we use them and do not harm each other using them. I think the life police in the US have outlawed them now because of some idiots that used them incorrectly. Another part of my family loves to get together for an evening of dominoes or cards.

All mt life the one thing guaranteed to bring the family together was Card Games Spades, 2100, Tonk or Dueces specifically. As a change of pace Life. Although I only had one child in real life, I always had kids falling out of the car when playing life. I swear people accuse me of being part rabbit when I play that game!
