Dear Friend-Surender! Hi, There are a number of ways to Block Unwanted Emails. The Simplest is YOU just Click "Report Spam", while Checking your Emails in your inbox, the Email will be quickly shifted to your Spam box. That's blocked for Future, if rarely came, will go straight to Spam, but never to your inbox. It's understood, that YOU Never open Spam box, or Check Spam-emails. Just Delete to Empty your Spam box, at least, twice a month!

It's impossible to stop it all, but Google Gmail does a pretty good job and it's free.

personally i use a program that sorts out my mail into good spam and don't know you still need to check what it has selected but it makes life easy. the don't know ones you decide if good or spam and it learns from your actions.this then destroys all the spam mails and i never get any spam brought into my email client.

If you outlook express, you can set up rules. Set up a rule for all your contacts email to be accepted and sent to a specific folder. Everything else to go to another folder. Then you can to train it to know what you consider spam. Until it is properly trained, at least all your contacts email will be in one folder easy for you to read.

"mark" the email as spam. That usually works for me and alot of email accounts allow you to do this.

Why is it that people assumes that everyone uses outlook? Some of us have more intelligence than to do that. Some of us use Thunderbird which is free and a lot more secure than outlook will ever be.

I think I said "IF you use outlook express"... Besides using outlook express does not have anything to do with intelligence or lack thereof, it is only a preference. Just like some people use cheap hosting, others use dedicated servers. There are millions of people using outlook express simply because it is conveniently part of there windows software.

Create a filter to delete or send to SPAM any mails coming from a particular email address or even a domain name you do not want.

There are several ways to do this. The way I do it is to add the unwanted email address to my junk list. That should work. Other email providers give you the option to spam list the email address. I hope this helps.
