Why did you close your original question and post a new one that will make absolutely no sense to anyone that did not see the original? Here is the answer. you put in a banner using the standard methods. in your post click on the insert an image icon (fare right icon) . fill in the url and click ok. next highlight the ballen then click on the chain icon (left of image icon) fill in the url to go to. thats it.
