When you bough your last vehicle, can share the experience you had encounter with the sales person and dealership? Did the overall transaction live up to your expectation, or was it a nigh mare totally out of control..... The agreement was not totally disclosed until the end........missing information etc.etc........etc.....Or was it totally a pleasant and you where overall impressed with the whole transaction????

It's been five years since I bought a car but the experience was very pleasant for me. I went to a friend who deals in used cars. He attends auctions and buys later model used cars which he in turn sells to dealerships. I asked him to find me something economical and dependable which he did and I paid the auction price. Since I was a Friend, he sold it to me for what he paid for it.

We always buy our cars from the same Dealership and the same guy. Jim T. at Groulx in Monroe, Michigan. Always have a very pleasant experience there. It has been a family business for many years. Nothing fancy just a great place to do business.

The last time we bought a vehicle, we purchased a Toyota truck for my husband, not only are we very happy with our purchase, we gained a new friend!
