Even a paid member can not mass mail their network (or contacts for that matter). What you can do is post a bulletin and this will be seen by any of your network that log in. If you want to contact your network through APSense Then you will have to do a contact request to each one individually. It will then be up to them to accept or deny that request. Those that accept can then be sent your thank you for joining message. Please remember that just because someone accepts a friends request - that is not an automatic authorization for you to send ads to them through the message system here. There are after all enough places to post your ads in the system without resorting to spamming your contacts message box.
