Why isn't there an Apsense category in the Ask Apsense section or at the very least an other option. Sometimes our questions do not fit into any of the categories listed.

Choose the category closest to the subject. The categories seem to be set for marketing of products and not conversations. However, my experience has been that the categories do not affect your questions being answered as the tabs on top of the page -"Recent Questions", is generally what is clicked on.
