I just asked this question, and then saw that another user asked the same question, but in another way. I want to delete my account. I saw that Wincer sent them to this URL:: http://www.apsense.com/index.php. That's great and all, BUT, when I try to enter all the information in and then hit submit, it says I entered the wrong verification word. What verification word? There is no verification word on the form - it's blank. Where do you get this verification word from????

that is not the url you were given. http://www.apsense.com/contact.html is what I gave you before you removed the original question. there does however appear to be an issue with the verification I will get Wincer to look at it as soon as i can contact him
