This question has been asked and answered. The Answer I will give you is the same as the answer already given. "Do not Spam members! Be yourself and get to know people. All those spam ads people keep posting as blogs never get read, they get ignored. It is a waste of time to do that. Instead of spam, write interesting and informative blogs which people will read. Invite you business contacts to join using your invitation link to grow your network. Read the blogs of others and comment, again getting to know people. And did I mention don't waste your time with spam junk?"
