If you want to add your photo to your profile oryour Business Exchange website, the photo must already be resident (loaded) into your computer and you must know where it is located in your computer directory. Then click on the "Brouse" button to upload that phone. Your computer directory folders appear in a box that appears. Scroll through your directory until you arrive at the right location of the link you are seeking. Click that link to "open" and then click the button on the page you are working on here. As previously mentioned the size of the photo for your profile should not be larger then 100 px, that seems to work. The product pages for you website however, seem to handle whatever size of photo you have already. This upload link is more tolerant. Hope this helps.
