It either means that you are not promoting the ApSense link to the outside world or you are not hooked up with responsive programs with responsive and working memberships. Anyone that is serious about Internet Marketing should sign up with ApSense in a heart beat it is such a useful tool.
Suggestion: Review the copy you have created to promote ApSense. Keep in mind many of the people on the Internet have become jaded as there is so many false promises out there. Think back. How or what got you interested in ApSense? Keep using Twitter and Facebook with messages of what you did today on ApSense. Make sure you include a http://bit.ly link (that is your ApSense link is cloaked so they become curious to see where you are doing all these wonderful things) and then do all those wonderful things here on ApSense.
Create a decent website - not a link farm. If you have existing businesses, analysis them to determine the benefits and applications, then write a decent article about each of them separately. Go to their website and save their graphics to your image directory and post them with your articles in your web site. Tell us what you are trynig to do in your profile that is interesting, challenging or whatever hook that works for you ...and us. Use the Rev Pages with good content in the Review section. Keep in mind that the website and Rev Pages are also on a RSS Feed so that is more exposure. There are other ways to do what you would like but start out with these baby steps and you will get results. I promise. ApSense is a tool - use it to the fullest and then share with the world - it works.
