I will add, Spam is like an disease, if you see one over soon everybody with no business ethics will follow suit. I don't take kindly to Spam as i don't use that LAZY tactics. Spammers make out the largest percentage of that 97% failure rate we hear about, and if they don't want to change the way they promote, frankly they deserve to be in that 97%.
