Joseph that would be awesome if we could actually train the new people. The problem is not the training. There are all sorts of sources to get the training all over the site; member blogs, newbie groups, FAQ, and even the links at the bottom of everyone's home page. The problem is that those new people have to want to learn. In many cases this is not the case, They don't come to APSense to learn or to build a business, they are following the idea of stick your name in enough places and you will succeed. It doesn't work that way, a name is nothing it's the person behind the name that must be in these different places. We can provide all the training and guidance in the world, but if they come here with their minds made up that they already know everything, we can't help them.
