great question and for sure you are not alone with this 'problem'. First of all, there are no problems, only solutions. :)

What have you tried?
What do you like of what you have tried most?
One thing for sure: whatever you have tried, you need a product to sell. This product could be an informational one like an e-book or a real one like something people may use in their house, for their health, in their spare time etc.
The next step: you need to promote this product. Here there are various possibilities which in the end depend on your time and passion.
Did you already discover what's you favorite? For example do you prefer Traffic Exchanges or is Article Marketing / Blogging more your case?
Once you have clarified this for yourself, go and find all the information you think you could need.
Done this, only go for it. Don't be distracted by the newest ultimate offer, unless it could be useful on your way to success on what you have decided to do. Start with little steps. Get familiar with everything which takes part of your chosen way. Once you nearly do everything smooth and without effort, than you might look for other places and letting your 'baby' grow up.
It might be in the beginning a little bit hard, you might have to test different ways. Remain motivated and MOST IMPORTANT remain on your road!!!!!!!!! Success will arrive.
And something else, you might have already made the acquaintance of a person who could be your guide. Try to get in contact with that one and try to find a like minded person who will be able to listen to you and your needs and to help you.
