Post some ads on classified sites promoting APSense, Mail some safelist mailings. Invite some of your contacts at facebook or other social sites. Just advertise, you will get sign ups.

Personally I think the mission task to get a referral is a load of crap how the hell can anyone expect to get a referral on command. Just the same with the posting a rev page task. the mission requiring us to post a rev page is the reason there is so much crap being posted which is drowning the good stuff. When ever the mission tells me to get a referral, or post a rev page I have two word for it one starts with F and the other is off.

I whole-heartedly agree with you BJ, i just invite as i usually do and advertise. Whenever i see those kinds of missions i see the credits dissolve like mist in sunlight.
