Are you kidding? How many web pages do you have listed as #1 on Google? I have only one that I know of & it took me years of tweaking, reading, priming and frustration to get it there. Even at that, it comes and goes every time Google's algorithms change.
If a member here is an absolute whiz at SEO and applies each & every attribute to his/her Rev Page, it could show up with a good ranking with the Search Engines, however there are other factors at work as well.
So in summary, this is not a contest. If you want to see a Rev Page ranked #1 on Google - make it. In the meantime we will all go about our business generating the traffic that this web site gives us in return for our efforts.
