Offer some special skill or talent to the community for a small fee. It will help you gain recognition in the community and generate a little income. If you like to write, or offer traffic through exchanges, and article whatever, and put a fee on it. That's all there is to it!! So try it out.

First things first, look through the list of talents and see what you are good at. Do not just list something as a talent. Only offer what you know you can complete. Once you have done that figure out what you want to offer and write up your brief for the talents. Once you are satisfied with it, list it. Remember you have to actually complete that talent successfully and on time to get paid.

Just post there your skills, what you know to do the best, put a price on it, and wait for clients to come...

Start with a pencil and paper and list EVERYTHING you can do for someone, then go back over the list and decide on one or two that you think might have value to someone on here. That would be the first item to list.
