Sherzat, Probably the best way to find out is to do a bit of research on the site. How long has it been online? Is it listed in any of the Scam Alert websites? What kind of response do you get from the support desk. Do they list a phone number or contact email on the site (and actually answer when you use it - NO not an autoresponse that they will get back to you within 24 - 48 hours). If it is worth your money and peace of mind, take the time to dig around a little and see what you can find out about the site before you click that Buy Now button.

Check on whois.net to see the contact information for the site. If it is hidden, treat it like a scam. Verify claims that the site makes If it claims Joe blow is behind the site and you go to Joe Blows blog and it's not even mentioned odds are Joe blow has nothing to do with it and someone attached his name to it to try to convince people it is legitimate when it is not.

If sites are running services then I disagree with Mark about the auto response. No one can expect instant reaction to emails unless we are both in the same time zone, and it is within reasonable hours. Naturally its nice when it does happen but that in my opinion depends on the time of not only your day you send it but the time of day the recipient receives it. If I ring a number in the states knowing full well it is the middle of the night and its not an emergency then I am just being a 1st class Jerk. Then again If I ring and I know its what is classed as office hours then yes I expect a reply. It is always good to get an immediate reaction in the form of an acknowledgement of your communication. At least you then know if you don't get a reply in a reasonable time that they are not to hot on service. If its the weekend then you have to take into account a lot of even the internet services close down for the weekend - this is something I have never understood. I would not expect a fast reply but I would expect some sort of reply before Monday morning .

Due diligence and marketing experience are the real keys to avoiding getting scammed, and even then, you will probably still run into something shady... Google the creator of the program, if they are shady, chances are their name is being posted negatively all over the net...

I always do research before joining a site. Search on the internet to see what people are saying and also who is behind the site or program that you are joining, that is important. In the end, you sometimes have to go with a "gut feeling" that is a true program. That's why we are entrepreneurs - we are willing to take some risk!

This is difficult as it takes time to see what sites are still around, also i seen many honest sites fall due to many factors, there is no guarrantee, so best to set up your own website this is probably the best long term plan.

Even the most reputable companies can fail, and you can also find GOOD profits in small rinky dink businesses setup by smart people with a good product. Being able to tell what is going to be profitable and what is going to fail is something you develop as you spend more and more time in the internet marketing arena. Realistically there are not many true "Scams" on the internet, just businesses that succeed and fail.

Hi sherzat, I had answered this but I see my answer is gone. I guess, as a newbie here I am learning fast. First Rule Don't post links in the Answers?? Well I always research a site before I join to see what others are saying. I do this by using Google to search out the name of the program followed by the word review. This gives me some decent reading. Then I ass the word scam in place of the word review, after the name of the site. This also produces some useful reading should the site be scammy. Lastly I use a site called imreportcard. Just use google to search that phrase and you wil get to the site. It is so useful and has saved my skin a couple of times now. Best to you!

Okay, first off it is not easy to know which sites are scams or not. Not at first. Over time I know you would become familiar with all these sites. If you need help go to gbtboycot.com and they have a list of sites that they rate which ones are scams and which ones are not.
