Why is there now only one campaign type when you promo and artical or web page on Apsense? Wont this just lead to people not reading the page and just clicking to get the points

Why there is only one type of campaign now i do not know but as to the second part of your questions my answer is - so whats new thats what they were doing before just clicking on anything and everything to gather points

Bj I hear were your coming from with that's what they were doing before. However I will say when you chose the add a comment type campaign you could not approve a comment that was not related and just to get points and then they were not given. Now it seems we have no control

You can chalk this up to member 'abuse' and confusion. People were clicking for credits but not satisfying the task requirements. The reason that there is only one type of campaign is to simplify things. The campaigns were being run and were a waste of time for the person creating it and the person joining because no one was completing them. Now it is view website only and the only way to get the credits is to vote by clicking like. You have to stay on the page for a set amount of time in order to vote.

Cheryl thank you for your reply that explains the thinking behind the change. I dont necessarily agree with the change but I understand the thinking perhaps it be better to eliminate the campaign portion all together

I have to agree if it's just click to get credits, then we have the traffic exchange that is for that function - no need to have two things doing the same job.
