Oh Sure.....I got Dozens of Skills I can Offer and its nice Having it said to be shared and also for Help, But I do Rather Your Question is More of a word of Encouragement and Motivation Than it Being a Question.... :)

My area is the online community. What I offer them first is the opportunity to learn what it takes to be successful through the use of programs on the internet. I usually encourage them to go to the ThinkTQ.com website, take the 100 question test, then get back to me. For me that has always been a good starting point.
