I guess no Malhotra sir, there is no mechanism to identify ... but with our common sense, we might identify. The real person will usually upload their real pic (without editing) directly from their system or whatever source they have, whereas fake pictures (collected online) are always brushed up already using photo-shop or other editing tools .. so there will always be difference between real and fake (unless they are not using someone else's real picture) ........
