I have got more than ten refunds for credit ads in which I participate and won points previously. There is no reason to get refund. Has anyone get such refund points? It seems like a system bug. I don't know how to report it to Apsense authority.

Yes, It is not a bug. We have to applogize that you lost some credits due to the system bug. This was one-time credits refunded for members who lost their credits before.
