I had the same exact question when I completed my apsense talent order. The Apsense system does need a better set up because it doesn't provide a means for the Talents to contact the person who ordered it. The clock doesn't appear to stop when you upload or complete the provided service. We aren't notified that the person who ordered the talent posted a comment or review. However, once you have fulfilled the order, just send a comment and the system will do the rest. Apsense just needs to do a better set up to let the Talents know what's going on so we don't worry that we aren't going to get paid after the order has been fulfilled.
