I created a business page,and I am trying to change the title of the business page, does anyone know, why it will not let me change it?

Because you have not created a business page. Only Premium members who own businesses can create those pages and you are a basic member.

This raises the question why anyone below Premium can see the create link.

A premium member can create a business page, if he downgrades, the biz page will stay there but can't be edited, or new business posts added. Now, Maria, is that what happened, were you premium then went back to pro or basic ? As for your question, bj, I agree the "create link" can only, well, create confusion for basic or pro members.

Maria, as I understand it, you are talking about the title of Business Center. Seems as a bug. It works not for me also. I will report to Wincer.
