If you can email him do by letting know his benefits in the program, what you have made, help him by telling to advertise his links, and tell him the benefits of upgrade or purchases. You should let him know the program is working.

This is a fairly difficult task to accomplish. There maybe be several reasons why your referral have not taken the decisive step forward. It may not have anything to do with the program. I would suggest that you engage with your referral regularly and inquire from them what they need and how you could go about helping them. Internet marketing is a game of teachers and students, everyone is a student and teacher. You learn from others and pass on your information to new people you meet. Remember it takes at least seven followup emails to convince a person to take action and your first email to them may not be the first time they saw the program.

You have to realize that you cannot control or spur a referral or prospect to do anything. They have to spur themselves. All you can control is what you do. Keep in touch, feed them information and hope they will eventually 'see' things the way that you do. If we could control the actions of others, no one would ever ask this question because everyone we contacted would be falling over themselves to join us.

I agree with most of the answers here .. You can take the horse to the river but you can not make him drink water .. same is the case here ... Most of the people are living in their comfort zone and think that they have bought a lottery ticket ... There is one saying "People hate the things they can't do" .... So your job here is to take the horse to the water .. I mean take the webinars with your referrals on time to time basis and inspire them and also provide them the training they are lacking...

Find out what their motivators are first before you try to persuade them. It is easier to get someone to buy what they already want than to sell them something they may not want. Show them how to get rid of their "pain" or to increase their "pleasure". But in reality you just need to continue to be an example to them by keeping your focus and pursuing your goals regardless of how they respond. They are watching you.

I would start by promoting their website instead of mine. Uplines always sign people up and then go about their business of getting more referals. This is wrong-headed thinking. Think instead of all the money you will make from your downline first. Get them "in the money" quickly and then they'll become more active to keep the money coming in. At that point you can start promoting your own site for referals.

I personally am motivated to move forward with extra vigor with a program if the site admin is active and highly supportive through consistent email communications and internal system supports. Also, people want to see that others are having positive results with the system, I love to see that others in the program are having success. The main point being is being someone's sponsor into any given program is just the start of that marketing relationship, beneficial communications will spur your referrals to positive actions...

If I knew the answer to that I would be a Billionaire. You can't worry about the people who do nothing. Concentrate your efforts on the ones who are trying to succeed. It's just the nature of marketing that you have to go through a lot of dirt to find a little gold.
