if you are allowed in your country then get a paypal account . if not use the contact us and put in a support ticket and ask there. this is a question for accounting not the members

Register and create a account in paypal and if you have no balance there and you have no credit card to connect you can connect your bank account to used for payment.

You can get a Paypal account or an Alertpay account. This will help you to avoid using credit card.

You can use payment processors like alertpay and others to pay for anything you like.

You really need paypal. Recently they changed to Pay latter instead of e-check which disappoints me a bit. The other option is a Green dot Visa card. You buy the card at CVS and many other places they will give you a list for your area. They will send a permanent card in about a week. You can then buy refill packs to reload the card. The Money paks can also be used to add funds to Pay Pal which is available immediately as soon as you enter the number under add funds. in Pay Pal

So long as your debit card has a credit facility it can be used with any payment processor. some are PayPal, AlertPay, Pay people on line, Liberty Reserve. Alert Pay now have their own debit card facility so applying for this means you just transfer your funds from your bank account to your AP account and use the debit card. Transferring funds into a particular payment processor is always a good idea. I usually keep a set amount of funds available in each in case of a hiccup with the CC system

you can pay by openning a paypal account and then have your account verified by paypal that means paypal verifys that your debit card is working and valid. After verifying you can now use it for transactions online using the paypal account.
