When you sign into you APSense, you will see "My Add-On Services" directly below your name and profile pic on the top left. In the Add On services, you will see a link to APSense traffic exchange, if you have chose to activate it. Otherwise activate that add on and it will show there once you are logged in.
I think diligence will help you to remember to use APSense traffic exchange. Write a stick it note and leave with your computer if necessary.
You need to have a marketing plan to stick to in order to avoid being taken off in a million other directions (IE: Information overload). Make APSense traffic exchange a part of your plan. Once you have followed your plan for a few days, you wont forget anymore. To your success.
