jam1965, are you saying your campaign was stopped before the exhausting of the credits applied? My experience has been all campaigns have played out exactly the way they were meant and according to the timeframe and amount of credits used to promote. Yes, there are credits returned if not fully utilized, and the only other explanation I can think of is the manner Wincer espoused with the frame break of the campaign window (I see that sometimes), and the reporting of it.
