Once again this question pops up, and once again no one wants to hear the answer. If there is no Product being sold to a consumer base it is a scam period. By product I mean a usable item or service that provides a true value to the purchaser. By Consumer base I mean People that are not signed up in the little money making scheme. They have to be able to purchase the product without a requirement to join and recruit others to join. That is it in a nutshell. This can be confirmed with any agency that has the authority to investigate and prosecute internet crimes or business related crimes. Yes people make money promoting scams and many get away with it, just remember Karma will catch up to you if you choose to promote a scam.
