I can tell you that one Social Network online terminated my account for promoting a competitor, so use a little common sense about how strong you promote it.

I think that would depend of the rules of each of the other social networks, and you must not represent yourself as apsense only as a member of apsense.

Read the TOS! If it is against the TOS then no you cannot but some networks do allow promotion of other networks. Make sure you no the policy and then if it's okay create your group.

Wendy is the ONLY one that covered a very VITAL point - Do Not claim to be the representative of APSense. You must make sure it is clear to any reader that you are a member. NEVER create a group with the title the Official APSense group. The only people that can create any OFFICIAL APSense Group are the owners of APSense.
